Federer Withdraws from Paris Masters

World No. 1 Roger Federer announced that he will withdraw from Paris, where he is defending champion, after losing to World No. 8 Juan Martin del Potro in the Basel final.

Federer cited the need to prepare for the World Tour Finals as a reason for his withdrawal.
